Your Tasks:
Housekeeping:
- Cleaning and Maintenance of Our Hotel Rooms and Common Areas
- Ensuring Cleanliness and Order
- Work begins at 7:30 or 8:30 a.m.
Breakfast service:
- Preparation and supervision of our breakfast buffet
- Restocking the buffet, light kitchen duties, and cleaning
- Friendly Service for Our Hotel Guests
- Work begins at 5:00 a.m.; on weekends and holidays, at 6:00 a.m.

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are immediately looking for a flexible and reliable kitchen assistant and dishwasher in our family-run country comfort hotel in the idyllic region near Parsberg.

Your Tasks:
Support of the kitchen team:
- Assistance in the preparation of food (washing, cutting vegetables and salad)
- Preparation of simple dishes and cold plates according to instructions
- Arranging and garnishing food
- Support with mise en place
Dishwashing activities:
- Cleaning of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils
- Operation and maintenance of the dishwasher
- Keeping the rinsing area clean
Hygiene and order:
- Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
- Cleaning of work surfaces and kitchen appliances
- Assistance with the proper storage of food
- Disposal of waste according to regulations
Your Profile:
Personal characteristics:
- Reliability and punctuality
- Teamwork and helpfulness
- Physical resilience (long standing, lifting)
- Clean and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility in working hours
Technical requirements:
- First experience in gastronomy/kitchen advantageous, but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays by arrangement
- Health certificate according to §43 Infection Protection Act (can be submitted later)
Working Hours:
- 10 hours per week on a mini-job basis
- Flexible scheduling possible (mornings, afternoons or evenings)
- Assignments mainly during peak hours (lunch and dinner business)
- Weekend and holiday work by arrangement
